Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings are high performance, industrial grade, air dry elastomeric / polymeric coatings engineered to provide excellent chemical resistance to most acids, bases, salts, and hydrocarbons.

The Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings are easily applied by brushing or dipping.

Provides a fast setup time between coats.  Will reach full cure within 24 hours at room temperature.

Typical applications include:

● Protection from harsh chemicals

● Color coding

● Applications where a flexible coating is required

● Painting and marking vinyl and PVC

● Waterproofing

Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings can be applied to:

Wood:  Seals and protects wood from weathering and harsh chemicals.  Prevents splinters.

Metal:  Reduces vibration, deadens sound, prevents corrosion from acids, bases, salts and other harsh chemicals, and adheres to most metals.

Tools:  Provides a comfortable slip resistant grip.

Glass:  Makes glass shatter-proof. Plastic:  Prevent scratches while helping to reduce the effects of harsh chemicals on plastic.

PVC & Vinyl:  A permanent paint and/or adhesive for vinyl tarps, tents, fences, railings, and most other vinyl and PVC products.

Rope:  Recommended for waterproofing rope, preventing fraying and rotting, reducing the effects of harsh chemicals, color coding, and identification purposes.

Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings As a Tool Dip

The Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings are not like ordinary dip coatings found in retail stores, which have little to no resistance from solvents, gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, and sunlight. These harsh environments are what most tools encounter.  Just as it wouldn’t be practical to purchase a car that could not  get wet, it would not be practical to purchase a tool dip that would not handle solvents and hydrocarbons.

The Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings are engineered to provide superior protection from harsh chemicals, while providing a comfortable slip resistant, rubber-like grip.  The Hilltronix H-200 Series Coating provides excellent UV stability. Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings As a Vinyl/PVC Adhesive

The Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings provide excellent adhesion to most types of vinyl and PVC producing a bond that is usually stronger than the original vinyl or PVC.

Recommended for repairing: awnings, covers, cabanas, curtains, tarps, tank covers, lifeboats, inflatable pool toys, moon bouncers, pool liners and covers, tents, waterbed material, tank liners, tent floors, rainwear, and more.

Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings As a Paint for Vinyl/PVC

With the Hilltronix H-200 having excellent adhesion to most types of vinyl and PVC it is an excellent choice for painting and marking most types of vinyl and PVC.

Typical applications include:

● Seal up pin holes

● Place identification marks on tents, tarps, etc.

● Improve the visibility of PVC piping/plumbing

Hilltronix H-200 Series Coatings As a Brush-On GripTread

A special aggregate can be added to our coatings to help prevent slips and falls.  Its extreme chemical resistance and its flexibility with most surfaces are advantages of Hilltronix coatings.

Available in 4 mesh sizes:  8/12, 12/10, 18/40, 20/40

Typical Applications include:  boats, steps, swimming pools, and other places that may see foot traffic.
